On 25 April Heydar Aliyev and the outstanding Turkish scholar Ihsan Doghramaci watched “Maiden Tower” ballet. This was the first ballet in the Orient and in the Islamic countries. It was composed in 1940 and was distinguished with great national colour. After the successful performance Heydar Aliyev and the Turkish guests met congratulated the collective and highly appreciated their work.
